Got a ring fixed- but it wasn't going to be ready in time for my anniversary (my fault, put it off too long) but they managed to get it on time for me anyway. Very happy, five stars!

Van Horn Jewelers is a wonderful family owned business in Owego, NY. They specialize in beautifully crafted, one of a kind pieces. I highly recommend stopping in to visit if you're in the Finger Lakes region!!! I went in to their store wanting to create a custom keepsake ring to honor my grandma, Gaetan. Madison walked me through many style, precious metal and gemstone options, and even had a sample in a different metal (from the one I finally selected) created to assure the design matched my vision before finalizing the order. I picked up the completed piece yesterday and it exceeded my expectations!!! Words can't fully express how overjoyed and appreciative of the final creation and the kindness and care Madison showed. I'm sure she could see it on my face and felt it in the hug she received from me <3
