My 2 year old and I were shopping for some Christmas gifts today. We drove 45 minutes away to support local American shops. My son accidentally knocked over a clothes rack and I felt terrible. The owners response to the mess and how she handled and spoke to my son was phenomenal. I will definitely visit this shop in Owego again. This shop is kind, caring and offered great customer service. The owner was super sweet the entire time, 5 star experience shopping here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐
