“I rented this unit 4 days earlier than I wanted to because they wouldn't let me reserve it for the first of the month. All my reservation was for was the monthly cost. It was the last unit left to rent at this particular facility.It was disappointing that there's no onsite managers at the Owego facility. I wanted to see the unit I would be renting before I rented it, to make sure there was nothing wrong with it (needed to be cleaned or that it was damaged in any way).I then had to go back 15 miles to the Office to fill out the paperwork for renting the unit. I could've done it online, but I am technologically challenged and wanted signed paperwork in hand.The unit was swept and was acceptable for move in. I took pictures through, of the walls, because (they were white in some spots) I don't want to be responsible for any damage that happened prior to my moving in, when I'm done with the unit and move out.I have rented a unit in the same place when it was under different ownership/management.I like where the facility is located and am fairly happy with the cost of the rental.I'm just beginning to put my items into the unit.Overall, I'm satisfied. I hope it's not a long term rental, but even if it is, I like the access house and am glad I remembered this facility.”
