Have used this facility routinely for years. Always a good experience until the last few washes. Soap stays on windows and streaks on body.

These machines need to get fixed. Barely gets all bugs off window and paid for the most expensive package. Did not feel like water even sprayed underneath. Definitely not spot free either and how can your car dry from dryer when it's spraying water out at same time?
