I took my son there for a flu shot. He has severe anxiety and is ASD. He got a nervous before the shot and expressed his anxiety by saying he was not sure if he wanted to do this and “I’m afraid.” The pharmacist put his hands up and said, “I want nothing to do with this…” wouldn’t even give him a chance to relax or say a kind word to help him feel comfortable. I’ll drive clear to Trumansburg to their pharmacy rather than go to this place ever again.

I have had multiple issues getting perscriptions filled at this location. The older pharmacist does everything he can think of to not fill my perscriptions when they are suppose to be filled. He won't call if there is an issue its just a surprise when you get there. If you question it he will say it's at the pharmacist discretion, your doctor dated it wrong, your insurance won't allow it etc. None of these have been true as far as I can tell except the prior authorization thats required once a year (he will not even call and tell you that it needs one.) I have complained to corporate office multiple times yet this man is allowed to continue to discriminate and not do his job based on his personal opinion of you. As someone who works in healthcare you can not discriminate against people based on the treatment or medication they are perscripted. My advice is to save yourself some headache and go elsewhere.

OVID Kinney is always properly staffed. They have everything you could imagine. Food, cards, OTC medicines and a great selection of vitamins!

This place is okay if you need something that you forgot. So many people I know have had a problem getting their medication from this place though. I would not recommend getting medicine from here especially if it is something important. If you need something small then you may be able to find it here.

I see all these 5 star reviews and wonder have they been to the same place I have? If I could give zero stars I would. They totally suck. All I do is go there to pick up my prescription why because they are the only game in town. There's nothing else there. Unless it's days later you won't get your prescription. Here's what happens. Dr. calls in prescription 5 hrs later it's still not ready? What are they doing? ok maybe once this could happen. every time? Like I said, they suck! Horrible service and out to lunch staff! awful place!

Have had nothing but problems getting my son's meds filled. Never had a problem when I it was south seneca pharmacy. Next time I'm talking to the bosses boss

Best pharmacy in the area in my humble opinion. Wonderful, friendly and compassionate staff. Competitive pricing. And their clearance sections get me every time!! I drive out of my way to go there and never regret it!
