“I’ve read all the negative posts about this post office and I have to say I found quite the opposite! The line moved along quickly, and the service offered by the very efficient and pleasant postal worker was very refreshing. She gave me all the information I needed to sending my package in a timely manner. And I heard her talking with other customers the same way. Also there were plenty of mailing supplies which made it easy to find the right size for my items being mailed. I have been to other post offices that are not as helpful or well stocked. I work part time in Middletown and will make sure to use this post office for future mailings.”

“I don’t understand the negative reviews I see here about the mail delivery. The new carrier Jim is a nice guy that goes above and beyond to get the mail and packages to the residents even in the most harsh conditions. He’s a perfect example of what a postal worker should be . God bless this man !!!! Honestly he should be in charge of the operation”
