“Stopped by close to their closing time yesterday as my brakes felt off on my drive home and I had my daughter with me. The women at the front desk were wonderful and let me know I could leave it for the next day. Early the next morning they called me with a game plan and to my surprise could also change my oil and do my inspection for me.

“Orange County Lexus is a phenomenal dealership. They got the job done and got my wife and myself into a brand new is500. Our salesman Kevin was fantastic. He never at any point tried to pressure us or sneak in any hidden fees or costs like some other dealerships. The manager Mike was also a man of his word. “I'm a truck driver and I was stuck on the side of the road in Slate Hill NY for frozen airbrake lines. I called other big box auto parts stores nearby to deliver me some airbrake antifreeze. All said no. NAPA was the only one to deliver and did so very quickly. NAPA will be my first call from now on.”

“Fast polite service. Needed a tail light bulb and a wiper blade. Google sent me to their old location first and the lovely salesperson at Mazda politely pointed me in the correct direction after hilariously trying to get me to test drive a Mazda ?. She was awesome and gave me good directions. The front desk tender at subaru was awesomely helpful in helping me find the service desk I needed as well. I may have a directional issue ? . Desk attendant for parts put my bulb in a little spare package so I wouldn't touch or lose and crush it ? crazy helpful. Great people. Fast help.”
“Carco insurance inspection? I had no idea what it was, that it is required in New York State. A phone call got me on the schedule a few days later. I arrived early, having anticipated that there would be Google map issues. Go past the dealership, turn right at the light, head around to the back. I was out before I was scheduled.”

“If you care for your car, and your car isn't shifting right, I highly recommend the transmission flush as conditioner gets added with the replaced fluid and works really well. Times has changed, where we used to drop the pan and replace the filter, but I must admit the new technology is just as good, been a mechanic for 40 years and this treatment made my transmission feel like it's new.”

“If I could give 10 stars, I would! Trustworthy, kind, honest, respectful, and fair. By far the best experience I’ve had for anything to do with cars. Mark not only saw me right away but did the work right then, and his work was perfect! He was friendly and thorough and made me feel comfortable the entire time.
