My family and I have never had a less than GREAT experience when visiting John Escobar and his team! John will treat you like family when he doesn't even know you. He is attentive, caring, kind and friendly. The customer service is outstanding, and the repairs are always of the highest quality. John is very knowledgable and goes above and beyond to help his customers. I almost want my car to have more issues so that we can visit him more! I highly recommend John Escobar and his team to anyone in the area who needs repairs.

I have 15 ram 2500 all blacked out. Someone smashed the front end really bad I thought there was no way it could be fixed or be like it was before the accident. I had friend from work tell me about john because I’m from VA. and I couldn’t have been happier with the work he done he honestly performed a miracle on my truck. Its looks better now then when I bought it new. Not only does he take pride in his work but he is really good person and he cares about his customers. He went way out of his way to find them parts for my vehicle because my headlights were discontinued but he found them for me and wasn’t scared to stand up to the insurance company and make sure I got the best parts and everything I needed for my truck. I highly recommend Escobar’s. If you need your vehicle worked on take it to them no matter how big or small the job is you won’t have to worry about anything with them. Thanks John I really appreciate it everything u have done for me. Sorry it took me so long to write this post. Just figured out how to do. Thanks again.

Had a bad experience at a car wash this past winter shortly after buying my car. Brought it over to have it repaired. John told my wife bring it right back to the dealer. I did and they fixed it for free. I was very impressed that a business owner would give sound advice instead of just taking my money! Recently I was involved in a minor car accident. I knew right away where I was bringing my car! John has been fantastic through the whole process. Dealing with the hassle of the insurance company, locating the correct parts, getting the correct paint etc. I cannot say enough good about John and how hard he works for his customers. Thank you!

I was in Cooperstown a week ago with my son for the All Star Village baseball event! I was unfortunate to have another vehicle side swipe my 2019 Nissan Altima! My car wasn't drivable...and I wasn't sure how I would get back to Illinois! I was put into touch with John...and he worked diligently throughout the week with my insurance Company...and communicating with me twice a day in regards to getting my car repaired! Escobar's storage in Otego is a waste he tells you he will accommodate you with opening their gate and when you buy a camper you want to be able to use it in the summer so you need to have people open the gate especially paying $110 a month they should be accommodating but not them I would never recommend anyone using this storage it's a joke they make you feel like they are worth then they crap on you

New ( well back in March of 2017 ) Chevy Cruze got in an argument with a deer and the left front of the car and drivers side door were , well , done for... vehicle was picked up at residence and after all the insurance rigamarow, John and his crew got on it . a week and a few days later, ♫♪ we got our baby back ♫♪.. pristine and beautiful.. Friendly and very professional...highly recommended for any body work..need more stars ! .
