The staff in general is very pleasant and Friendly, the one unfortunate exception is the manager, Eric. He seems genuinely bothered by customers coming in to buy things. The store does do a great job of putting things away, but I assumed the whole point of putting them on the shelves is so they can be sold. If they could find a way to remove customer interfacing from him job I think both he and the customers would be happy. It is so unpleasant I dread when he is there, lest I hear how I am distracting him from stocking shelves by audaciously buying something

Managers should be able to order not corporate because they get too much what they have and nev and get what they need. Customer service is great for some of the workers. But some have head phones on even while ringing customers out and that's so rude and disrespectful and no manors. Allen is the best over there.

The store and manager is not friendly to the disabled. Any sort of feedback to Tony the manager falls on deaf ears, and it's to the point where he is now actively working against it. When I enter the store, it feels like it's now purposefully done with blocking isles and violating ADA standards. Last week, Tony effectively communicated to me that he had to intention of trying to improve the accessibility of the store. This evening me and my mom stopped by quickly to pickup a couple of items. Upon going to the check out, some customers walked in without masks. Now I try not to assume, maybe they forgot their masks or forgot to put them on. But as practice, I also will mention it to the staff (manager) of the store. Previous times I've been at the store, there has always been a vendor stocking the shelves with no masks, so I make this a practice. We cashed out, I mentioned it to the cashier because I didn't see the manager, made a quick exit and as I was unlocking my car, Tony the manger came out, so I thought, 'hey he is the manager, let him know about the guys without masks'. And his response was childish, extremely unprofessional, and threatening. He asked if I was the 'contact police', but it gets worse. I said 'Excuse me, your the manager' and his response was 'that's right' and my mom mentioned that it was against the NYS policy for people to not wear masks in the store he turns to my mom and says 'Why don't you go and tell them' he then lowers his mask and sneers at her. Excuse me, your going to expect my 75 year old mother to go and do that. And on top of that, your going to lower your mask and sneer. Now we were over 6 feet away but still. It's getting to the point with him that he wants conflict in that store and has no intent in providing a friendly store for disabled customers.
