Found an item at TJ Maxx with a $1.29 tag, but was told at checkout it was supposed to be $12.99 due to a misprint. Cashier refused to honor the marked price. Disappointing experience.

I am never disappointed at TJ Max. My biggest concern is that they might close someday. This town is a Walmart kinda town.

Had the wonderful pleasure of dealing with one of the grumpiest cashiers ever. Didn’t greet us as we placed our items down, she was clearly in a bad mood. She started aggressively scanning my items huffing and puffing and then smacked the receipt down on the table while I had my hand out waiting for it. Happy holidays to you too..

store manager yells a lot at employees and does not treat them well, his behavior is unprofessional

The store is well organized and it's very easy to find the specific products I am looking for and some extras along the way. My problem is that I always have to wait in a long line to check out. The whole check out process just feels so slow and could definitely be better for the customers. Very nice place as long as you are not in a rush.
