Pullen's failed to provide adequate technical skills or acceptable customer service when I dealt with them recently. They charged me $172 for a service call that did not help solve my problem, broke a valve that was not involved with the problem, and did not even give me a follow up call, as I requested. They sent a worker to investigate a shower leak who was unable to help in any way. He took apart the shower's temperature control valve and was unable to reassemble it correctly. Since he never tested it, I didn't know until later that he had broken it. When he left, I asked that the worker to discuss the original issue with his boss, who he said was more experienced, and give me a call. After a few days, I had discovered that the valve he worked on was not working and I had not gotten a call yet, so called to explain both problems. The lady who answered said she knew that the worker had discussed it with the boss and would remind him to call me. A week later I tried to call again, but the shop was closed for vacation. After another week, I tried again and finally got the boss. He apologized for the problem and seemed to vaguely remember the case, but did not offer to reduce the bill.

My hot water on demand unit wasnt working when I got up today. I called this morning and he came over this afternoon. He checked the the ignitor, cleaned the sensors, replaced a hose and had it working again. I would definitely use Pullen's again. Very knowledgeable, friendly and very reasonable. The lady I spoke to when I called was also wonderful.

I would suggest to the owner to speak to or replace whomever answers the phones. She was rude and made it seem like my plumbing issue wasn’t important. Just says they are too busy. I was even willing to make an appointment 2 weeks from now, and she says well they will need to come early 8am because they have other appointments! I just said you know what, I will call someone else! So unprofessional!! Thanks for nothing!

The two gentlemen from Pullen's troubleshot the issue and fixed an upstairs bathtub leak, without accessing the problem through the downstairs ceiling. I trust Pullen's expertise and admire the knowhow they bring to the job. They saved me a cleanup nightmare and huge unnecessary costs. I wouldn't call anyone else and highly recommend them.
