Not a bad place. If you see something on the app or website and it says it's in Oswego it's probably not. Save yourself time and just go to the Liverpool store. The employees there are more friendly, more helpful and seem to care more.

I have been hunting for deals from this bargain warehouse since I started working on a local airBnB this year.
They are always willing to cut a deal for their regulars and their customer service is absolutely amazing. Better than any retail store I've ever been to.
They are always willing to help you look for what you need to match the budget you are looking to spend.

F&F Bargains is a top notch place, I highly recommend checking them out. Their inventory is plentiful and their staff is exceptional with assisting and getting you what you need. They have two locations so if one spot doesn't have what you need they will instantly reach out to their other location on your behalf. I've had the pleasure of doing business with Kenny who went above and beyond with everything I was looking for.

Chris Farmer and his crew are always so helpful and mindful when it comes down to making deals. I am a teacher, and a lot of my salary goes back into my classroom for my students. I am able to find amazing deals or ask for boxes to be made. They go above and beyond.

I get that its a crap shoot whenever you buy mystery boxes, coffin boxes, mini coffins, mini mini coffins and pallets, but when all of the items in two coffin boxes are nothing but used junk, like a curling brush with hair wrapped around it, a box saying a fan on it and inside the box is a half eaten bag of Chinese snacks, and used makeup and makeup sponges,and everything was had missing parts, that where I say, I will never buy anything from this business again...you overcharged me and if I hadn't caught it you would have kept the money, I asked for boxes with green stickers on them I was told yes I could have those, but that's not what you gave me, so I am just going to say this, Buyers Beware...

F&F Bargains has been a fantastic to shop! I love the crew over at Oswego personally as it is alot closer to home! Eli and Jeff are super helpful and know where mostly everything is! They help load up your car and carry the heavy items for you. They have an awesome attitude and make the environment great! If you haven't gone yet, I highly recommend stopping by! They have a little of everything and more! I get mystery boxes which are always filled to the brim of items. Every night they go live on their app and do auction items and Waffles (raffles) it is super fun! Chris and his crew have alot of fun and make it lively. If you're more of a homebody, their app is easy to use and shows all the products they have! I highly recommend F&F Bargains (Liverpool & Oswego)

Staff is friendly but products are not good
We have bought several items that didn't have all the pieces and no products to replace item. The mystery boxes foe us have always been horrible. If the prices weren't good we would personally never go again
