Lexi was amazing and did a fantastic job on my hair. I was a walk in appt, last minute I might add, and she exceeded my expectations. She not only fixed a haircut I had earlier in the day from a different salon, but made my hair feel/look the best it has in years. Thank you for doing such a great job while being so warm and welcoming.
Requested style: Exactly the style I wanted and she was able to exceed my expectations. Reasonably priced considering how much time and effort went into it and my hair looks amazing.

Amy and Tanya are saints! After a long and uncomfortable hospital stay, my hair was a giant knot. They really did all they could to save as much of my hair as possible. I'm incredibly grateful to them both for making an uncomfortable situation easier. Thank you both so much ❤️

I took my daughter here to fix a bad cut she had gotten done earlier that day from another place. The woman who I took my daughter to first earlier that day messed her hair up so much & cut it so short I wasn't sure how or even if the bad cut could be fixed. But I do have to say that the lady at cutting crew who tackled this job was saddened by the disaster but was able to fix my daughter's hair in a way that looked really well. My daughter was happy with the outcome. Well, maybe I shouldn't say happy. But she was pleased that the woman was able to help turn the disaster into something that wasn't so awful.

Great cut. Affordable price. Have seen LeAnne a few times now and she does a fabulous job. I have very problematic hair, thin/fine and she always does a great job. Her bubbly personality is absolutely infectious. She's a joy to have work on you.

I live in Weedsport, NY and drive to Oswego to have Carol work on my hair. I’m usually a pretty lengthy appointment as I have really thick hair (anywhere from 2-3 hours). I usually get highlights, a cut and a lot of thinning out done! I’ve been seeing Carol since the late 90’s. Carol has been cutting my hair for 25 years now! I used to see her in Fulton before Cutting Crew moved to Oswego. Carol is very knowledgeable when it comes to hair styles, perms, tools, product etc. She always does professional work and is extremely thorough while coloring and cutting my hair. I’d highly recommend The Cutting Crew. All the woman who work there are very personable and friendly. They take their time and they care about all hairstyles. I’ve never received a bad haircut. Also, I take my two little boys here to get their haircuts because they do such a thorough job. I wouldn’t recommend any other hair salon.Services: Kids' cuts

This salon has always been a good standby for me. The staff is accommodating, friendly and skilled. The only thing I have an issue with is that one stylist there will upcharge customers for services that other places wont. This, added to periodic price increases and/or inflation, makes these additional charges seem greedy. I go by what the price list says, and I think this stylist should do the same.

Sara and Patty were awesome! I was visiting Oswego from Florida and needed to have my hair colored…Patty worked me into Sara’s schedule and Sara preformed her Magic! They were so punctual and professional! I would definitely go back. Karin from Florida.
