Five years after purchasing a ring at cooks, I went back to get an upgrade and they were able to find my original purchase details and then find exactly what my wife was looking for. To top that great experience off they where able to do it for much cheaper than other jewelers that we checked out. Definitely a place worth checking out!

Cannot say enough good things about Cook's and the jewelry repair I've had done here. One of my diamonds had fallen out (I found it) and brought the ring & diamond in. It was done in 24 hours and was beautiful (around 2016). I recently had the ring downsized. The work was done in less than 1 week and the ring was returned in such a bright/clean condition I had to doublecheck that it was mine! I guess I need to keep up on cleanings. When I've had work done elsewhere it had taken over 2 months to have my right returned to me. Cook's is #1 in my book.
