The staff and owner here is very friendly and have a WIDE variety of comics as well as some TCG cards like Magic The Gathering and Pokemon. They even have a fun, old school pinball machine you can play! Always enjoy coming here even if I don’t purchase something as there’s a lot the shop has to offer!

This is one of the nicest comic shops I've ever visited. Smallish but not cramped, clean, organized and well-stocked. Especially nice to see significant space dedicated to comics for children. The man behind the register was friendly and polite. If you live near this shop and haven't stopped in, you should. I was passing through Oswego and thought, "this is a college town; there must be a comic shop here." It was on the map and along my route, so I visited. What a pleasant surprise! I've often told people that my favorite comic shop in the world is Gosh Comics in London, England. For a store that's less than half the size and with a much lower profile, The Oswego Comic Shop makes me feel the same kind of goodwill. How nice is this shop? Well, I signed up for Yelp just to review it and let the owners know that they're doing a bunch of stuff right.

I wasn't there recently but I used to go there all the time for Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh and magic. The old and new owners are great people whom I respect greatly

This is the best game store in Oswego! They have Friday night Magic, a ton of collectables, comics, card games (mtg, pokémon, Digimon, etc). The person who works the front is super nice and makes us feel welcome. 10/10 would definitely recommend if you're in the area.
