I have just opened a new account with Chase. I had particular difficulty connecting to Chase online app, and Gen and her coworker were just so wonderful in helping me contact Chase IT services to resolve the issue. A big thanks to both of you!

Great personalized service from a major name brand Bank one of the biggest banks in the United States. Branches in many locations. Not many branches in the Oswego area but much more as you head south of Oswego into North Syracuse and other areas.Everyone that works in Oswego Branch knows my first name and Greets me personally upon entering. They've really done a great job helping me with Mobile banking and also with computer the manager Frank is a really great guy . They really go out of their way to help you 100% satisfied with this Bank. I have been a Chase Bank customer for approximately 37 years.

You go in too get help they give you a number too call so they can seat in there a** happen 2 times now go too another bank you dont want this one

Horrible horrible service. Very rude staff with no people skills. I opened an account here initially and was told I had to pay an outstanding balance just to open the account but not told why initially. After the account was open and I tried to deposit my first paycheck I was told there was a hold on my account but not told why and when I asked why I was told "there's just a hold nothing anybody can do". The staff was condescending, indifferent and curt. When I called the national number I did not get much better service. Withdrew my account and will never bank here. Highly discourage anyone to do so.
