Service sucks. My nephew and I had a terrible experience yesterday. We ordered smoothies and were told after three minutes, that they didn't have our flavors. Then when we wanted different flavors she told us that the guy that makes smoothies is allergic to yogurt and we couldn't order any.
So we ordered two milk shakes. One strawberry and mine was supposed to be " nuttin...but banna " one of the featured ice creams.
We had to go back because my shake was clearly vanilla. She said oops sorry I made a mistake. But made no offer to make it right. My nephew said his milk shake was so thin it was like drinking cold strawberry milk. We looked at each other and said we won't come here anymore.

Very nice location. This store is usually very clean. The take out food is decent. The ice cream is very good! The employees have always been very nice! The only set back is the gas prices. For reasons unknown the fuel prices in the city of Oswego are higher. Compared to gas stations in the surrounding areas. Today I purchased gas for .41 cents less a gallon. I saved $12.30. All I had to do was buy gasoline outside of the city of Oswego. Surprisingly if you drive 12 miles to the Bryne Dairy in Fulton. Today you could save .30 cents per gallon!

Both things we ordered were made wrong, but it was lunchtime and they were super busy so it’s not the end of the world. Food was still delicious and their Reuben sandwiches, even when they are accidentally made on wheat instead of rye, are top notch.

I come into here daily so doesn't my friends I always get a sandwich and several drinks I spend a lot of money here today I was very disappointed as I walked in and Barb was waiting on me in the deli I got nothing but attitude from the 2nd I walked up to the counter She was very unpleasant and rude I will no longer be visiting this dairy due to it this place should have better management she should not be working in customer service this is upsetting to me as I've been coming here for awhile, people should be trained to have a little bit more politeness as it's not my fault that she is possibly having a bad day.

Honestly I come to this store every night. There is a worker I believe his name is Don. He’s always extremely rude to customers when I’m in the store shopping. I usually just ignore it. But last night it made me extremely uncomfortable. He was full on yelling at customers and straight up arguing with them. He had an attitude with them from the moment I came in. He’s always yelling at someone it seems like. But last night was the final straw. Full on telling customers they were crazy and trying to kick them out of the store when they were getting ice cream. It’s pretty disappointing I come to this store all the time and everytime this person is working they’re rude to customers. I been in retail for 2 years and I understand it gets hard but I dealt with it. This man is always in a mood when I come into the store. Never towards me but always towards others and it’s messed up something needs to be done. I called the manager and she knew exactly who I was talking about when I complained. And she said to me that people are always calling and complaining about his attitude. Something NEEDS to get done. I used to love coming here to get my late night snacks. But honestly it makes me uncomfortable going into the store now because I’m constantly worried about his whole attitude towards others like there’s no reason he needs to speak to people in such a rude manor.

I never went through this kind of disrespect from an employee at Byrne dairy he has a very bad attitude and don’t need to be handling customers at all no respect,I am a manager and will never treat people the way he treated me and my boyfriend… refused a sale after he already sold items to him!? Then I go in to try and buy the milk on WIC and he refuses me and I had nothing to do with what happened All because he doesn’t know how to do WIC!? really Byrne dairy need to fire him I’ve been going to Byrne dairy and never went through this before! And as a past employee I never treated people that way! Very rude and disrespectful I want corporate number to report him! He also called the cops on us because we refused to leave? Really all I asked is why would you not sell us milk if you already sold to us? I waited for the cops to come and spoke with the officer about the situation he also threatened to trespass us! Giving the rating 1 star is sad because he doesn’t even deserve that! Date 6/27 around 11:45 so there is no reason to not say you don’t know who it was!

Came in with my two children, ordered milkshakes. The girl who was behind the counter gave me nothing but attitude, barely said a word. Left the register so a line grew the the entire length of an aisle, while other people were working and not helping. Your RUDE employee then hands me the milkshakes, I said thank you, she ignored me, then I spoke up and said thank you! And she still ignored me. If you don’t like your job don’t work there.
