This is a gem! They are so customer service oriented and they have everything you need the . The deli, bakery , butcher are the best… heck their produce is even on point for a small grocery . I am so happy they are in the hood:)

Great little store. They have just about anything you could want. The meat department is great and the Deli, besides the usual sandwiches, makes great hot food too. Only downside is that some things can be a little pricey.

This place used to be one of the staples of the Oswego community. It was a family business, and being run by family, they paid special attention to the little things. Teresa did the hiring, and she took special care to make sure that the people she hired were personable and friendly. Since this business has changed hands, that service is a thing of the past. The people simply are not as friendly, and to me it's a totally different place. Yesterday I asked them to cut me a steak because I wanted one that was thicker than the ones they had on display. It was only about 4:30 and they do not close until 8:00. They told me that they had already cleaned their saw so they could not cut a steak. That would've never happened under the old ownership. They went out of their way for customer service. I really hoped that it was just some growing pains, but it's been long enough and things aren't getting better. If the new owners don't get a handle on things I'm afraid they're going to lose a lot of business. They've lost mine.
