I had a return that I had purchased on the loyalty program. The cashier said without a receipt I would get 20% less back from my purchase. When I asked her if she could look it up on my card she said they can but it takes a lot of time. Instead of looking up the purchase and giving me at least all of my money back she proceeded to give me store credit minus 20%. Thank God I didn't have an expensive return.

I used to love Big Lots. I don’t know if it’s the location, or what, but they literally have NOTHING. I went there looking for Knick-knacks, and they used to have like 5 isles of stuff. Now it just looks like an off-brand Walmart with too much furniture. I’m really disappointed. I won’t be back.

Awesome, I really like Big Lots their Christmas decorations are beautiful and they always have what I'm looking for. Dawn was a big help in helping me figuring out a price on a sleigh. The employees are always willing and able helping customers find what they are looking for. The store is always neat and tidy and very clean. Thank You Big Lots for all that you do for your customers!!
