Actually no stars. Talking about the bankers in offices as well as the manager. Awful customer service , very dismissive, rude and disrespectful. As a long time customer, I did not feel I was treated properly . I will never step foot in this branch again.

There is a very disgruntled teller at this location (Ossining), she’s been there for years.She’s been so rude on every occasion I’ve been there that every time I go, if she’s the one to help me, I leave :(Briarcliff is closed now :(Croton is my only go :( so far) no drive through :(But I will not subject myself to her behavior.

Try somewhere else than Wells Fargo... Try somewhere else than Wells Fargo Bank or Wells Fargo Mortgage. Wells Fargo is only good at taking your money. Wells Fargo Mortgage operations apparently are run out of a national office in Oregon. They are disorganized, arrogant, totally inconsiderate of customers. SLOW. Go somewhere else. Complaints to management did no good.

The staffs here are friendly, professional and helpful. we opened an account when we lived in another state and totally forgot about it. The manager Iris informed us about that account and its balance. We were so grateful for her honesty.

Long wait. High fee. Every month there is some issue with account like charging maintenance fee which was not correct. Stay out of Wells and their products.

Very inefficent services. You can easily waste hours to get an answer. Most of the time they tell you no one is available.
