Pharmacy has trouble keeping its regular hours. Closed when it's meant to be open.

A bunch of kids pretending that they’re running a shift at Walgreens. The way they talk and welcome clients is like if they were in recess at school. That’s what we get when companies only goal is to pay cheap hourly.

They take to long to have your prescription ready. Staff is very friendly, but it is a slow process to get tje prescription ready.

Store is clean, nice...staff are helpful and friendly BUT the pharmacy department kinda sucks. They never have common medications. They need for staff. It seems there's always just one person working that has most of the answers that the others run to. Pharmacy needs some work but overall it's a decent store

The employees at this store were so friendly. Each greeted me and smiled. And the cashier was so helpful and a true gentleman. I only went here because they had an item that stores around me did not, but for this kind of experience, it's worth the short drive to make this my go-to Walgreens in the future.

This has to be the jankiest, nastiest Walgreens I have ever been to. Start with the poorly designed parking lot. DO NOT rely on this Walgreens for any prescription that you need in a timely manner. Their pharmacy cancels vaccine appointments scheduled online - without notice and will randomly close for the day - no explanation, just a sign off the printer taped on the door stating that the pharmacy is closed for the day. So if you need asthma medicine to - breathe - or a flu shot, know that choosing to get the scrip or the shot here is an enormous crapshoot and you'd better allow at least two to three visits before you can pick it up. Unfortunately my healthcare uses Walgreens - so I'll be switching to their optum mail option or driving to Chappaqua while sick if I need something immediately. Walgreens should be ashamed of this store and its lack of concern for people needing medical supplies.

Scheduled a Covid booster shot using the Walgreens website, received confirmation as follows; Walgreens: Customer, your appt is confirmed for 12/8/2022 at 2:30 pm. Edit appt: wlgrn.com/vaccmng Reply STOP to opt out. When I got there, I was told there was no staff today to give vaccines. Walgreens needs to work on their communications. Third time Walgreens has disappointed my family.

Absolutely terrible service. No wonder they have such bad reviews here and on Facebook. They sent me appointment reminder and I showed up on time only to find out that pharmacy has in fact been closed, and nobody informed us although ours was the last appointment of the day. The next day they told me that them cancellng my appointment does not mean I will be accomodated later in any way. My advice: if appointment date is important to you, don't schedule with them. And don't trust reminders, call and check that they are actually open.

Pharmacist is CORRUPT would NOT ? dispense medication per my MD Prescription! It's the OBLIGATION of a pharmacist to verify that a medication is safe for an individual and if necessary to double check with the patients MD that prescribed the medication. This right and obligation is not to be confused with denial of medication for whatever other reason of personal opinion or anything else. A pharmacist is not a medical doctor and as such is not qualified to deny medications that could be lifesaving for that person and prescribed by a NY Licensed Board Certified MD (Medical Doctor)!A pharmacist that denies the medication should be held liable criminally for the life of a patient!I don't know if this represents a policy of Walgreens company as a whole. It is definitely in this case a decision of the pharmacist himself. If a pharmacist denise to despens your medication:1. Try another pharmacy.2. Try at a different time of day with another pharmacist.Remember that most people want to be nice and helpful. It's a good rewarding feeling for all people to help another person ?.

This is possibly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. EVERY single month there is somehow an issue. If my insurance would cover ANY other pharmacy in the area I would never go to a Walgreens again.

Cal from the pharmacy (manager) has no common sense, needs a lesson in customer service, and is rude as can be. Avoid using this pharmacy if you want your meds in stock and distributed as your doctor prescribes. Cal is a sorry excuse for a manager.
