Sometimes, only one staff member handles pharmacy questions, which can slow down the process. Despite these challenges, employees like Marlene go above and beyond to assist, checking nearby pharmacies and helping with prescriptions. Overall, the store offers a decent shopping experience, but the pharmacy needs some improvement to better meet customer needs.
Marlene in the pharmacy was so kind to me. And went above and beyond to help me with an issue. They did not have what I needed for my mom who is diabetic visiting from Puerto Rico. Marlene checked not only nearby Walgreens but other pharmacies. And then helped me have the script transferred. Thank you Marlene!
