I do not understand how this location has such high reviews. This is not a true Verizon store. It’s a third-party Verizon owner. Not only do they not accept orders through the corporate website… and do not know how to operate their own software, they don’t handle Verizon customers with Verizon case numbers. Smh

India at this store is the most helpful person I’ve ever met. I’ve been here twice to upgrade phones and both times she was the greatest. It’s not even my closest store but it worth the trip!!!

Was good at first, but now....not so much. Poor phone communication after spending 1000.00 for upgrades. Get your money then play waiting game. No happy still waiting for rest of purchases a week later.

Came back to open up a line for my husband and the girl at the desk helped us out so fast. Got him a good deal on a phone. Best place to go for a new phone.

Great store. I’d been trying to switch accounts for months and this was the first store that took the time to help me. They were super patient, professional, and courteous with everyone who walked through the door. The manager was coaching some of her younger staff in a v wholesome way. I will go back for my next phone or plan purchase.

The store manager Mariah is off the charts wonderful !!!Today I dealt with Fernando who was incredibly helpful and so nice to work with. I can’t say enough about how great he was about solving my problem.

You should give Arnaurys an immediate salary increase because his personality, experience, knowledge, helpfulness, and professionalism are the reasons my wife and I "bought the store" out...he is a major asset to your organization & you better reward him in return! (And, I am not his cousin!)
