First of all, not everyone wants to stop at a supermarket after 10pm with a 3yr old but I had to on 6/6/24. As my sister, her partner, myself and 3yr old were finishing up at the self check out the person in the picture displayed a level of unprofessionalism that I have never experienced elsewhere. Disappointed is an understatement! The fact that this man could push himself and badge in front of us stated "we have to leave" and couldn't wait for us to move, or even ask for an excuse so we can move aside shows clearly that he not only has no respect for this company but also has no respect for the people who shop here. When his lack of professionalism was mentioned and we asked to speak to a manager he went on to ask "do you know who I am? Do you know who I am?"
I don't know who he is, neither do I care but I can assure you that I went from being impressed at my 1st time walking into that store to never wanting to step foot in it again. This has been the worst customer service and most disappointing experience I've had at any store.
Let me add that after the whole incident when I started taking pictures of the individual it was only 3 minutes past 11 (see picture)

I do not recommend anyone does stop& shop pickup or delivery from this stop& shop their employees do not care about proper packing or making sure your groceries are not broken or damaged. And when you ask them why would you throw my bag full of strawberries into the cart like that? Or why would you put milk and juice on top of eggs and The employee will look at you like you have three heads and roll his eyes and say it doesn't matter and it does. I'm a paying customer. I do not recommend anyone comes to this stop& shop to do store pickup or delivery. It's a good stop& shop don't get me wrong they have good variety but in that regard they are seriously lacking.

As a third-party delivery service employee, aka Instacart, etc., I warn others that they do not care if you are waiting for them and will make you wait over 25 minutes before they hand the order to you. Which is sad because if there was a way to report this, I would. We make our money through time and this hinders our performance and ratings. There has been over 25 occasions which this has happened to me, If you can avoid picking up from here, please DO!!

Great variety of products, extended opening hours that make shopping easier when other stores are already closed.

Customer service is at its all time low now in this store, nobody is watching or supervising the front end at least on the weekends. Cashier's will have their lights turned on but nobody is at register.Horrible service and a sign of the times. People just hanging out and around, and not assisting.
