“This ups location has the new self service machine. Which is amazing because you can just scan your labels and don’t have to wait in line and just drop off your packages in the box’. You can also email or text the receipt vs the paper option. Which is one good for the environment but you like paper you can still do it. The people there are super friendly and helpful. Like that they have that machine.”

I checked on the website of a big box office supply store to see how much they'd charge, and the cost was very prohibitive. I'm not sure why I had assumed going to a local printer would cost more, but I decided to take a chance and reached out to Rockland Instant Copy Center. Not only was I pleasantly surprised by how affordable the estimate was, but the owner, Keith, was very professional and helpful. The job actually ended up changing to something a bit more complicated than what I originally had called about, but Keith and his crew handled it with ease. I am so thankful to them for being so accommodating and quick with turn-around especially when I was under a tight deadline; they made an already hectic week MUCH less stressful. I will definitely be using them again for any future print work and highly recommend them for anyone needing printing services!”

“I asked THE UPS STORE #5527 to arrange the collection, packaging and despatch of a print I had bought at auction. It was framed. The initial estimate covered the cost of packaging a highly breakable frame. I didn’t want the frame and asked my contact at UPS if he could remove it and send the print rolled in a tube. I expected the normal bureaucratic procedural response: ‘ we do not interfere in customer’s items ..’ etc etc. but no, not at the all: the extremely friendly intelligent and responsive UPS person said he would take the print out and send it frameless and thus reduced the costs by 60% ! Not only that but throughout this interaction he guided me through the nuances of the payment system and other potential problems

Many organisations - often while they are making you wait hours to talk one of their operatives- claim that ‘customer service is our priority’. This usually rings false; profits and share prices are their priority. But in the case of THE UPS STORE #5527 this mantra is true !”
