Terrible!!! I fixed a chain there, and it broke at the SAME day! She had the nerve to say that my ONE year old baby broke it. When what really happened was, it broke once I was putting on him. He did not touched. She was rude, blamed my son, and refused to fix her own poor service!!

The service at MF jewelers is phenomenal and Marilyn is a joy to work with. She overdelivered across the board when we went to get my wife's ring resized. The ring looks better than new and was ready ahead of schedule. Will be going here for future jewelry needs.

I was in need of a jeweler to help me put a steel mesh watchband I'd bought online on one of my watches. I and my wife had both spent close to half an hour trying with no success. Marilyn, a young member of the family that owns the shop, fixed the strap in a few minutes and asked only $5 for her work, but I gave her $10. After she finished with the watchband she advised me about a problem with steel mesh watchbands and we had a pleasant conversation on other topics, as her family is from the Dominican Republic, and I had worked there as well as elsewhere in Latin America. Although the shop is small and has a small selection, it has catalogs from which one can order a larger range of items. It also does minor watch repairs and, aside from that, is a friendly and worthy Latino and first generation American enterprise deserving of our support. This charming store just off a Main Street that cuts through the heart of the small city of Ossining, NY. The service was fantastic and the manager is so sweet and helpful. They had a nice selection of jewelry to include a wide collection of local and imported pieces. I would definitely recommend check this store out before heading to the mall. You will probably save yourself some money and the trip to any other jewelry store.

my husband and I are so thrilled to have found Marilyn! she is a hidden gem -- pun absolutely intended. :) Marilyn has helped us clean and resize a wedding band and she created a stunning necklace out of my engagement ring. she is delightful to work with and her prices are super reasonable. she even gave me some silver cleaner in lieu of charging me to clean some tarnished pieces I have. grateful to have her here in Ossining!

Awesome family owned shop in downtown Ossining. With their help, I got a promise ring for my girlfriend that she absolutely loves. Maybe two weeks later we ended up going back and getting a wedding/engagement ring(s). This will continue to be my go to place, special thanks to the owner who is a totally amazing person!

I have now been fortunate enough to have had Marilyn assist me on two occasions. Her excellent people and customer service skills is what brought me back to MF Jewelers the second time. She takes the time to find out not only what you are looking for, but who it is for, so she can make the appropriate recommendations. Her ability to match the two together is pure genius. Based on that unique ability, she designed a special bracelet for me, and did so ahead of schedule. Marilyn is a skilled jeweler and an extremely strong asset to MF Jewelers.
