I came here a few times because I liked the cute sweatshirts /hoodies. Karri was very nice, professional and friendly. Although I live 45 minutes away. I would definitely come here again for cute cheap clothes lol

I usually do not write reviews. I just had to do this one since it was a sketchy experience. I am completely dissatisfied with the service I received this evening at 8:00 pm. I asked to be let into the fitting room and was told it was closed. There were two customers in the store so I asked why (holding an arm full of clothes), and I was told because fitting roomwas closed early. She then told me I could purchase my items and then exchange if necessary. I explained that wasn’t something I was willing to do (I dont know my size thus why wanting to try on clothes obviously). I handed her my arm full of clothes and stated that was a waste of time because now she still has to put away and I have not purchased anything. I then asked for the manager and woman stated she was the manager. I asked for her name and she stated that they don’t give out names. I told her that how would I be able to give a review without it. She just shrugged and said it was for “safety reasons “. I left the store and called the Mandee in West Haverstraw and explained what happened. During that call the woman politely gave me the customer service number for Mandee and guess what the woman over the phone also gave me her personal name! I guess its not a safety thing at Ossinng Mandee more like an employee not wanting to be named for this poor customer service. So buyers beware! Employees possibly posing as managers and do not go to this Mandee even an hour before closing. I would just take the trip to west haverstraw Mandee instead for the better customer service. Yes its a cheap clothing store just shouldn’t have cheap service

THE YOUNG LADIES THAT THEY HIRE TO WORK HERE ARE ALWAYS VERY RUDEB4 I TRAVEL I USUALLY PIC UP A FEW ITEMS TO GIVE AWAY ON MY TRAVELS AND I ALMOST ALWAYS RUN INTO SOME TYPE OF MISUNDERSTANDING ON THE WORKERS PART—The CASHIER MIS- priced an item and I was due a refund— of course they wanted my name - address- for a mistake that they made —And I asked why they needed my information— AND THE “GIRL”Replied “LISTEN LADY”OMG - I almost had a heart attack…!!Anyway there is 1 manager who has been there for a few years and she is always pleasant— I wish I could recommend her to a better job..SHOP HERE ONLY IN EMERGENCIES

The other day I visited the store and waited around 30 minutes for the small girl with red hair that was at the front. I didn’t have a lot of clothes and it took forever to pay I also don’t feel good when I stand too much for a long time and I told her that I wasn’t feeling well. The girl carelesssaid that it was not her business instead of helping a customer. I’ll not go anymore and will untie people that I have recommend to make sure they loss business because that’s not how you treat your customers.

Michelle is rude and a nasty store manager.She rushes people out the store and gives attitude for no reason.Never had a horrible experience like this store in my life.Never coming back.Don’t recommend going.

Michelle the manager is fantastic so helpful also the cashier Anya was outstanding and polite and polite I'm most definitely coming back never seen such amazing team! I only came for one thing was planning on spending $30 less spending $400 never been so happy to spend $400! Such genuine and polite.

BEWARE, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK, REFUND OR EXCHANGE. They are rude and terrible customer service. You are much better off shopping anywhere else. Put your dollars to a store that is worthy.

There aren't a lot of Mandees left and if this one ever closed I will be devastated. They have amazing sales all the time and the best retail. Some Mandees stores look like Rainbows and I don't like Rainbow at all, but not this location. Amazing sales associates! One of my favorite stores!! Went shopping there today expecting to buy one particular thing and left with a bag full of items.
