Gracelane is the only place I felt comfortable boarding my dog. They are friendly and took good care of my Pet. They returned him nice and clean and I am happy with their services.

Chris and the rest of the Gracelane staff are wonderful. Our family dog Toby had to stay with them for 3 months due to my mom selling her home and in the transition of getting a new place. They took great care of him and kept in close communication with us when they noticed Toby wasn’t himself. We really appreciate how well they took care of him and how they treated him like family. I highly recommend this facility when you have to leave fur babies while you’re away.

We are so grateful to have found Gracelane! We are finally able to relax when we are out of town because we are confident our two large (and a little spoiled) dogs are getting excellent and loving care. The communication flow and app, as well as Ally’s fabulous transport (from the Bronx), make the logistics a breeze. Love love love checking in on the web cams. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

The owners and staff here are so wonderful. My XL dog really enjoys his time at Gracelane Kennels. I also feel very safe and confident that my dog will be well taken care of.

We brought our anxious (on prozac) and at times reactive dog for a trial day to see if he would be suitable for boarding. The entire staff were wonderful, patient, and so kind easing our anxiety to alleviate his anxiety. When I picked him up he was of course happy to be going home, but was happy with the handlers and calmer than when I dropped him off. Facility was clean and very responsive to communication both through app, email, and phone.

The Gracelane staff make every aspect of kenneling our girl quick and pain free. The staff is professional and courteous, we are repeat customers. We have kenneling options much closer to our home but I don't mind driving the 1.5 hours to ensure both my family companion and family are at ease. Thank you Gracelane!

Gracelane is the only place we trust with our two Rottweiler mix siblings! Our dogs tend to be untrusting of new people and places, and can be reactive when nervous. When we looked at other facilities, they wanted to treat our dogs like “babies,” and I didn’t trust them to manage their reactivity. Gracelane is staffed with professionals who are clearly comfortable managing all types of dogs and dog personalities. I feel so comfortable leaving our dogs in their care, and they have gotten more and more comfortable going with each visit. Thank you Gracelane!

I can't say enough about the team at Gracelane. They treat us like we are their only customer/client. Our dog is deaf with a very high maintenance medicine and food regimen and they exceed our expectations of care each and every time. More so, our beloved dog comes back to us happy and well balanced which lets us know she is happy and relaxed while she is away from us, which has not always been the case with other boarding providers we have tried. We love Gracelane's services including Ally/Stacey's round-trip pick-up and drop-off, the walks, the baths, the facilities, and, most of all the staff.

The best kennel in Westchester County your pet will get the best care like an owner gives. So clean, friendly and family driven. Gino jumps out of the car when we pull in also he gets a bath at pick up he will go nowhere else thank you my husband and I can travel in peace.
