I have been coming here since 2021 and I could not recommend it more! The prices for manicures are only $15 which is great for easily an hours work doing nails, designs are only $5 more! My favorite employe is Jenny who does incredible designs! Very attentive staff who gave a great massages for free as my nails dried. 10 stars if I could, truly a gem! ? ??

I was treating myself to a little TLC pedicure, I chose a Spa pedicure for $38.00 which in the description said a 10 minute massage or deep callus remover. The tech asked if I wanted the massage and I replied that I did- The entire pedicure lasted 18 minutes. I requested a basic manicure which was completed with the same inattentive speed. I was also charged a $10.00 upcharge for the pedicure ( I was told for the massage). $60.00 total for 27 minutes for a Spa pedicure and basic manicure. Extremely disappointing....

I’ve been going to Grace’s for 6 years and have always been pleased. I’m aware of their policy but this one time I didn’t have enough cash to pay for the manicure which
is $15. I asked if it would possible to give her my credit card and would be able to give her a cash tip. She said no that she would have to charge me $20 on my credit
card for the manicure. I was very disappointed that this one time she couldn’t make an exception. Since then I have not returned. I would understand if I was an occasional client but in this particular instance I think it would have shown me that she appreciated my business.

They did a horrible job on my daughter's nails , she got acrylic tips . The next day two of them were already falling off , they didn't apply the acrylic correctly and they charged me $85 dollars . I went the next day to show it to them, they accepted they didn't look good and said sorry but didn't even offered me a partial refund or a full refund . I had to take my daughter somewhere else to get her nails done all over again . Never again!!

I always have a good experience here. I had my wedding nails done and when I asked for a design they hadn't done before, they were so accommodating and wonderful.

I love this nail salon! Everyone working here was so sweet and welcoming, and they also did a great job with everything. I've gotten my acrylics done here and pedicures and am always happy with the results. I will recommend this place to my friends and family in the area and I will definitely be coming back again soon! Excellent experience for a pedicure! Great massage! I paid for the pedicure with Callous removal $30 excellent job. And they even gave a massage when drying my feet! I would definitely return. Must bring cash, have to spend $50 in order to use credit card and they prefer tip in cash.

This was my first time getting my nails done in Ossining since I just moved here. I'm so happy I chose this salon because the workers are so kind and provide wonderful services! They take their time with their work and the salon is clean and neat as well! Will definitely be coming back for my next set

Depends on who you get at Grace nail. Some technicians amazing and some relatively inexperienced.
