I really appreciated that she went the extra mile to dream up gorgeous boutonnieres for the gentlemen and a matching hair comb for me with the same style of dried flowers in our arrangements. She was very detail-oriented and conscious about open communication, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend working with her!”

“What an amazing experience working with Monica Chimes Floral! We used them for our son's baptism at Glen Island and were so happy that we did! I sent them an inspiration picture, and they exceeded expectations. Prices were reasonable! And everyone commented on how gorgeous the centerpieces were! I wanted to make sure I got someone very good and reliable and I got that with Jan at East meets west florist.After doing a search I then checked Google reviews and seen a number of great reviews about Jan. At first I was a slight heistant about it not being an actually store front, but Jan quickly made up for thatI emailed and also left a message and Jan got back to me within an hour or so. I let her know what I was looking for and sent her the information on the services. Jan quickly went to work on it and keep me informed the whole time and very accommodating.When the arrangement was done she sent me a picture and it was a beautiful arrangement. She got the arrangement to the services the morning of the services on time with no issues and they were well received by the family.I would recommend Jan and East Meets Wests Florida to anyone looking for a florist in the Thornwood and surrounding area”
“S&A goes above and beyond when ordering from them, especially online. I don't live in the area, and this arrangement was for a family I've known for over 40 years.
It's been my experience that when ordering arrangements online, nothing is guaranteed. However, I missed a call from them. When I called, they explained the flowers in the online photo we're not available. I told them it's the colors in the photo they should go for, and asked them to send me a photo. The picture I included was the end result, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for understanding who this arrangement was for and how important it was for me.”

Her prices are reasonable and she was very willing to work within our budget.The in-person meeting to view sample arrangements ended up being super important, and I recommend it to any wedding couple. At first, our visions did not align and perhaps we needed to have a refresher conversation before. But all that to say, Tania ended up working with me on the spot to rearrange what she had created for the samples. And day-of, she truly came through with some absolutely gorgeous arrangements.”
“Excellent customer service. Ordered a bouquet for a friend at Westchester Medical Center. They delivered it that afternoon but due to hospital restrictions they could only deliver it to the nurses' station on the floor. Due to some mix-up the flowers never made it to my friend. When I called Lakeview Florist they were very apologetic and made sure to send a replacement bouquet to my friends home right away.”

“This place is FANTASTIC! Best of the best....the staff is so knowledgeable and welcoming and super friendly-I have never had a negative experience or bad interaction there in all the years I have been going. They will help you decide what is best to get for any occasion and our ambulance corps locally has been using them for years to send arrangements when past members pass away or close family members of ambulance volunteers. Their prices are fair and we have never been disappointed about what they have provided. I have also personally gone to them numerous times and am always happy with how arrangements turn out and the great service I receive. Their delivery is also very reliable and they can often arrange for last minute deliveries if needed.”
