I was struggling with a very large box in the parking lot and a Fed ex driver saw me and came right over and carried the box inside. I was in and out in about 7-8 minutes.

Quick drop off of Fedex packages. Open when Fedex office is closed. Very convenient and no wait.

This is not necessarily related to this site, however FedEx was extremely uncooperative in guaranteeing a safe delivery. An iPhone was delivered at our house last month and then stolen shortly after delivery. Thankfully, the phone was replaced, but despite pleas to pick the phone up at this location instead of being delivered at our home, it was impossible to do so. We made sure someone was home when it was delivered. A half hour later someone trying to look official came to our porch, was looking around, didn't find anything and left. My partner followed him, asked what he was doing, but got in his car and sped away. This has happened twice with FedEx, and not with more inexpensive items that were delivered by Amazon.

Amazing service! I walked in without a little, and the gentleman helped me out to create the order online. Then we used the photo equipment to print the label. Great idea! Very polite and really helpful!

A bunch of kids pretending that they’re running a shift at Walgreens. The way they talk and welcome clients is like if they were in recess at school. That’s what we get when companies only goal is to pay cheap hourly.

Once you go inside the building, the Fedex package drop off is on the right hand side after the checkout desk. There was only one other costumer ahead of me and many packages waiting to be picked up.
