I was able to drop my car off early in the morning before work for an inspection, they called told me what needed to be fixed and I approved the work over the phone. Called me the next day and told me it was done, I paid over the phone with no issues. Got my car back after their work hours with no issues.Thanks again guys!

I will not trust my vehicle with anyone else. I’ve been coming to E&L Automotive since I moved back to NY in 2015. Professional & reliable, I can’t recommend them enough. From oil changes & tire rotations to engine servicing/rebuilding and everything in between. Emilio & Vinny are expert mechanics and the best in their field.

Went inside to ask to use the bathroom and spoke in Spanish to the older Italian gentleman in the office because his worker spoke in Spanish. He said he didn’t speak Spanish and got offended I even asked. He said were in America so I should not be speaking in spanish..I was super respectful and said I apologize multiple times if he got offended and reassured him it was not my intention to offend him or anyone. He said why am I “ruffling his feathers” and told me to leave. I said have a good day sir, but really should have returned the disgusting attitude he had towards me. I am a darker skin tone spanish guy aswell, performing some engineering tasks right in front of his place. Had a flat tire on my car and was going to have it fixed here. Was honestly shocked by the blatant racist and condescending attitude this man had at 9am in the morning. If this is how he treats a regular person, I am appalled people even leave their vehicles in the care of this racist, horrible man.Service: Tires

I had a rattling noise coming from the front end of my vehicle and went to many auto repair shops in the neighborhood and they all gave me extravagant prices and diagnostics.I stopped by one day and mentioned my issue and Vinny said drop it off in the morning and I will let you know.He called back quickly and told me what the issue was and gave me a price.I also asked him to replace my transmission fluid and I had purchased the oil to do it myself and he said he would do it and charged me very reasonable. I will continue giving E&L business while in Ossining.John

Emilio and Vinny are hands down the most fair and helpful mechanics i have ever used. When i moved to Ossining 12 years ago, they were the shop that was closest to home. My volkswagon had an issue that they couldnt figure out so they consulted with a VW shop, and then sent it to the shop after a few days of tinkering. They didnt charge me a dime for their work even though they had put plenty of hours into finding the problem. That was just one nicety that they have extended to me over the years. I wouldnt take my cars anywhere else.
