This pharmacy should be shut down. In the past month, I have had multiple errors made in my prescriptions and several delays results in missed treatment.
I’ve had the wrong device prescribed, I’ve had the wrong quantity prescribed and I’ve had refills canceled without notification.
I am currently trying to pick up an order guaranteed 6/11 at 12pm (it was not ready) and then guaranteed 6/12 at 6pm (still not ready). At no point has CVS reached out to inform me of the any issues.
Additionally, my script was for qty 100, CVS reduced to 50, and cannot provide a reason why they changed my script.
These are major safety issues!

The workers are nice , but the drive through always seems to he closed. A huge part of why I choose to use this location is the convenience of the drive through.

Good afternoon, CVS is a very important chain, but it is a shame that the employees in the pharmacy and prescription section are so poor in service. The treatment is terrible. Communication is difficult. The prescription is never there, so they don't send the message to you, nor do they. There is a way to locate it. You have to bring proof that it is already there so that they can take the task of looking for it. Please change that service. Thank you.

Let's play the guessing game? Will the drive thru pharmacy be open? Will I have to stand in an aisle waiting to be served by one pharmacy tech? The only thing you can guarantee here is the same prescriptions that cost $5 just four years ago will be $18 now.

My latest experiences in the area of prescriptions are terrible, because they send you messages that the medicine is ready and when you return there, surprise, it is not ready. It's frustrating and the wait time is endless. And if it is a doctor who sends the prescription to be collected, rush is very few times that has happened.

The worst place for prescriptions, terrible service, they don't know what they do or take care of customers and the medications there are always problems, they are never ready and if you call the store, I don't recommend it to anyone. Both the manager and assistant manager at the Highland Avenue CVS (Ossining NY) are friendly, reliable, and ALWAYS helpful. They know where everything is in the store, will take the time to bring you there, and say hello (and goodbye) when you shop. The folks at the Pharmacy, likewise, are knowledgeable and friendly, whenever I go in for my elder aunt's prescriptions (which is much appreciated). In In today's world, friendliness and kindness go a long way, especially when people care about the work they do. As a caretaker for a 96-year-old aunt with many health troubles, I've felt my load lighten after a kind word from the CVS pharmacists.
I would recommend the Highland CVS to anyone looking for a good pharmacy and helpful staff.

Drive thru pharmacy has been closed for over a year. Dirty, disgusting store that has a long wait for everything prescription-wise. Many non-English speakers standing in the pickup line making the line longer every time I am here who are not here to pickup, no matter what time of day or night you go. Terribly understaffed and not staffed well.

kevin j pawlowski rph is beyond rude. His customer service is atrocious. If you ask him politely how long your script will be he nastily responds “I’ll get to it when I get to it and if you don’t like that you can take your business elsewhere. Well until Kevin is no longer at your business, myself and my whole family and friends will. CVS please re evaluate your pharmacist.

24/7 in a fairly small village deserves 5 stars

Can I do zero stars instead? No one came to the drive thru window at all. Why have it if the employees don’t use it. Trash

CVS pharmacy is the worst of the worst. No one knows what they r doing!?!?? And these people r called pharmacists??? You need more help and better help! I have been picking up one script for the last 6-7 years the last 3 months I had to go to cvs in thornwood cause there fridge broke (in Ossining) then the last two times they couldn’t get my medication. I live in Ossining n have to drive to thorwood to pick up my scrip?? Once again this month!! The guy on the phone couldn’t even find my name!! Are you kidding me? This is unheard of. Hire people that know how to do their job please! Thanx

Terrible! Made an appointment online for vaccines, came from far away and upon arrival was told they do not have the vaccine. No alternative or help offered. This is a bigger problem than it appears. Shut the appointments down online if your are out of stock…COMMON SENSE. Corporate has also been informed.
