“Marlene in the pharmacy was so kind to me. And went above and beyond to help me with an issue. They did not have what I needed for my mom who is diabetic visiting from Puerto Rico. Marlene checked not only nearby Walgreens but other pharmacies. And then helped me have the script transferred. Thank you Marlene!”
“Store is clean, nice...staff are helpful and friendly BUT the pharmacy department kinda sucks. They never have common medications. They need for staff. It seems there's always just one person working that has most of the answers that the others run to. Pharmacy needs some work but overall it's a decent store”
“Both the manager and assistant manager at the Highland Avenue CVS (Ossining NY) are friendly, reliable, and ALWAYS helpful. They know where everything is in the store, will take the time to bring you there, and say hello (and goodbye) when you shop. The folks at the Pharmacy, likewise, are knowledgeable and friendly, whenever I go in for my elder aunt's prescriptions (which is much appreciated). In In today's world, friendliness and kindness go a long way, especially when people care about the work they do. As a caretaker for a 96-year-old aunt with many health troubles, I've felt my load lighten after a kind word from the CVS pharmacists.
I would recommend the Highland CVS to anyone looking for a good pharmacy and helpful staff.”
“1. There are No gas pumps so reviews mentioning it are inaccurate
2. I was a Chef and it is not "dirty".
3. Fixing's area is better stocked than most 7/11's.
4. Staff are always Happy to Serve.
Thank You all.”
