I had a tire blow out a few miles from home and I called them and they came and picked me up no charge.then they fixed what was wrong and gave me a new tire that day. They are so nice and other times they always let me bring my dog along to wait with me while they fix my car.

My neighbor referred me and my fiancé to Cappello’s. It’s so local that we passed it a million times but never thought much of it. My fiancé tried them first and was happy. When I went I was very impressed. It’s a local, family run business. They are honest and not trying to price gouge you. I hate having to bring my car to the dealership so I try to avoid it at all costs. I’ve brought my car to other “Mom and Pop shops” but there were a ton they they always said they were unable to service. Everything I needed Cappello’s was able to do! The staff is very friendly and Joe took the time out to sit on the phone with me and explain what he saw and why things were the way that they were and what he recommended. He also let me know what was highest priority and what could wait until next time- very honestly. I am incredibly happy with them and already scheduled my next appointment to get all four brand new tires with them! Joe is the best and I’ve requested to speak with him anytime I’ve gone there so I know him the best by now. He said he owns it with his brothers and I would trust any of the Cappello brothers any day even if Joe wasn’t available!
