“I've only shopped here twice. The aisles are close near the refrigerated section. It is a two level store( not story just elevated from the entrance level). It is organized by item not Asian country ( China,Japan,Vietnam etc.). You need to look at the item to determine if you are in the right section. They have quite an assortment of fish ( fresh and frozen), limited fresh fruit and vegetables. dry and canned goods, condiments,sauces and seasonings. The clerk didn't speak / understand much English. I managed to find what I needed by myself and thanks to Google search. Good neighborhood store and clean.”

“This is our go to business for high quality sausages and meatballs. They're primary business is food service, yet they make time to answer questions from walk-ins like me. They're always hustling to keep production at peak capacity and yet they're able to pivot to "be nice" to their retail customers. My hat's off to everyone at this business. My recommendation to folks who don't know Dino's is, make it a destination store. You'll be amazed, not with the ambiance, but with the quality and service!”

“They honestly did a really good job remodeling this place. I like the layout now, and the produce here is much nicer, to be honest, than some of the other surrounding ones. “5 to start. Told $175 charge for 20 hour early arrival for 7 pallets even though no trucks at any of 8 docks and none waiting for an hour when a truck did arrived. I have 7 pallets 7 products and no breakdown. Let’s see how they do me tomorrow. Oh guess who I saw coming out of their office building……..I was unloaded quickly and dock person came to truck and said the 130 count pallets only had 104 each and the approach was, in a subtle way , he didn’t want me to check myself. I signed and left on my stringent delivery schedule.”

“Everyone was so kind and helpful; we just moved (back, for me; born and raised Utican, here) to the area from California, and they were willing to work with me, even with an out of state ID (I still provided my NG bill for proof of residence). They also allowed me to email my information due to the fact that I only have half an hour for lunch available during their open hours. My family and I are so grateful that Utica provides such truly warm hearted generosity to its residents.”

“It's a small store but you can find most things that are priced better than most grocery stores.The produce is really nice.You'll need a quarter for your cart. You'll get it back when you return it. Saves on cart pushers.You'll also bag or box your own groceries after you check out, not during.They'll get you out pretty quick. There is self check out.I enjoy shopping there.”
“My son Dillon always enjoyed the subs, fish dinner and sandwiches there. Although he was ill and appearances often indicated so, he was treated with dignity and respect by staff. I thank you for your service to the community providing good hearty reasonable priced subs and etc. I sincerely thank you for keeping your store clean (free of substances) unlike so many other corner stores in the area which kill people such as my Dillon.”

“I wanted to give it a four and a half..... I can't do half Stars though so I have to go with a 4... I ordered on doordash so this is purely a doordash experience.... I've never been inside the store.... and that's where that half star comes into play because I really wanted a sub but I didn't feel on the doordash app there was a decent selection..... I ordered potato salad, breakfast sandwich, a half pound burger... And some pickled and deviled eggs... The deviled eggs are good... The pickled eggs weren't overpowering very nice balance.... The potato salad was worth every bit of the $4... There's green peppers and carrots in it... The potatoes are really nice chunks.... The breakfast sandwich.... I got mine with bacon... The scrambled eggs on the sandwich were fantastic they put pepper on the eggs I found that to be wonderful people don't use salt and pepper enough.... I prefer my toast a little on the crunchier side that's all taste I understand that... I would pay $4 for that breakfast sandwich all day....The burger was a pleasant surprise.... I was expecting a half pound of meat with some kind of cheese on it.... And that would be it.... There were pickles onions lettuce I think a piece of tomato even though I don't like tomato... Ketchup mustard and I believe mayonnaise.... They give you options on how you want your meat cooked I'm a well done guy... The soft bread was there again which I think takes away from how tremendous that burger really is... I think with my entire order and the $5 tip to the Dasher I went just over $25.... I would like to see some more choices on the door Dash app but in the same breath if it wasn't for the doordash app I never would have tried this place.... For the food you get for the price I think it was phenomenal... I'm sure in person it's an even better experience and like I said the only thing keeping me from giving it a higher rating was I strictly use the doordash app and the choices seem limited there I guess my issue with the choices is I was really expecting to see a tuna sub and kind of disappointed that I didn't.... I will definitely order again the sausage sandwich I saw on the menu will probably be my next target... I would definitely recommend this to Friends, family and strangers.... The food was terrific”

“I went to shop at BJs today to renew my membership and to see if I can get 2 pairs of eyeglasses repaired. An employee by the name of Kayla helped me with my membership renewal. She was very proficient and personable. After that I went to the optical department where an Eric Jackson was working. Eric was also very proficient and personable. Eric repaired both pairs of glasses and would not accept money for the labor and said he was happy to help. After shopping I went to the cashier to check out and at this point it was Kayla at the register - cashier # 464951. Kayla took the time to scan my products for sale prices and took the time to show me how to do it myself using my cellphone. I've been a member of BJs for years and today was my best shopping experience ever. Eric and Kayla were terrific and definitely assets to your company.”
