  Good products, terrible support. I contacted Bonide through their website form, left a voicemail, and sent an additional email with questions about product application rate and an issue with a hose-end sprayer. No one answers the phone or reponds to their email. No response in over a week.

  I needed detailed application instructions for the Annual Tree & Shrub Insect control and received very polite, friendly and informative info from the customer support dept. Very Helpful!
