“I never leave Google Reviews for anything but if there’s a place that deserves it, it’s this place. I’ve driven my car to Alaska and back and have kept this car for years after, this place gives you a peace of mind thanks to their honesty and quality work. They will never recommend replacing parts/ any services unless absolutely necessary. Always pleasant when I go, and very trustworthy. I read a previous review how refreshing it is to find a shop that is so transparent and helpful, couldn’t agree more. I bring my car from the Utica area here about twice a year, more than worth it. This place has replaced shocks, struts, 2 rounds of tires, sway bar links, an axel, rear brakes, and a timing chain (probably more I’m not remembering) on my car over the years and I’ve never had an issue. Thank you to this place for their services.”
“I saw an advertisement for Winn’s Auto on Facebook advertising their oil change special. The price was right so I scheduled an apt to have my oil changed. When I got to the shop for my appointment there was a nice waiting area. Pete was very friendly and checked me in. He offered coffee and popcorn (complimentary if you are waiting). I knew from the Facebook post that there would be a slight difference in the advertised oil change price vs what I would pay because my vehicle took more than the included amount of oil. We discussed the oil change price difference (which was minimal) and confirmed that they were going to check my brakes (another concern I had).
I decided to wait while they completed the vehicle inspection that they do on each vehicle. They pointed out 4 other areas of concern (they physically pointed out what they saw on the vehicle) that we decided to tackle while my vehicle was there.
Two of the concerns I was responsible for paying, but the other 2 (radiator and a seal issue) Pete was able to get covered by my extended warranty.
I needed to leave my vehicle overnight so they could get the extra parts so Pete was able to get me a loaner. My car was fixed the next day like they said it would be.
It was overall a great experience! Price, timeframe and work completed were all finish just like they said they would be. Pete, Nate, and Mike were professional and did what they said they would do for the price that they gave me to start with!”

“This garage is great!!It really feels like a garage from back in the day- and by that I mean, it feels like they care about you in your vehicle. One day I pulled in described the noises- not very well- that my vehicle was making, they came out, checked it out and said you probably ought to leave it or itll get worse and cost you a lot more, they gave me a ride home even. They'll keep you updated, if they find something else wrong they'll tell you (instead of fixing it then telling you with an OH By The Way added cost)”

“I had a wicked high pitched whistle sound I suspected bearings. Thankfully they were able to quickly assess the problem, replace the bad brake pad and viola back on the road. Exceptional service everytime I go there. Pleasant, reasonable, and accommodating. Thank God for this team ☺️”
