Had a light in our Volvo that said to shut down the engine. We were stranded halfway through our drive from the South Fork to Massachusetts with a full car and five bikes. They got us going again despite being fully booked and only charged $20! I felt like I went back in time to small town America in the very best way!

Billy and Alex are gentlemen and far exceed industry standards in customer service and honesty. They got me out of difficult situation New Year’s Day at Orient Point after I had an automotive issue on the ferry, including connecting me with a Carmine who was the most professional tow truck driver I have ever dealt with. Following which my car was repaired in a professional and timely manner for which I was pleased with the outcome.
