I had the very best experience ever buying a new car. Joe was patient and knowledgeable and above all, honest and fair. Joe was very tuned in to what I was looking for in my new car and more than willing to show me similar cars of another company. He truly wanted to make sure I got what I wanted @ the very best price. I was told I got the employee discount (as I
always do, because my son in law works at West Herr Nissan), for my oil change and tire rotation, but when I looked at the invoice, it did not indicate that.
That being said, I paid $30 more than I paid last year, for the same service.
How does a tire rotation and oil change go from $65 to $99 in a year?
Plus, my appointment was at 3:00pm and was told it would be about an hour wait. I waited 2 hours for my vehicle.

Probably the best experience I've had bringing a car in for service. Friendly staff plus they send you a video of the mechanic doing an overlook of the vehicle along with an itemization of work that needs to be done. On top of that they sent me home with a list and photos of parts I may need for future recommendations. Amazing!
