We brought my wife’s car in for a wheel sensor issue affecting ABS, stabilitrack and traction control, before we brought it in all our tire pressure sensors were working. They repaired the wheel sensor and the alerts for those issues went away but after they worked on it we had no tire pressure readings for any wheel. We were told it had nothing to do with the work they did but if something was working before they did the work and afterwards it wasn’t, then something was done. Will not be coming here for any service or vehicle again very poor customer service.

Yes..they fixed my car in a fast and effective manner . But upon returning to the service dept to pick it up…the exchange with the staff made me feel like I was annoying them . I know they’re busy but don’t reply to my question with ..”as I said before”…And when I asked the cashier about the cost of the oil change..she just looked my bill and said ..”we’ll..I can read the paper work as well as you can “So, it seems like here folks here don’t really want you engaging with them ..their snarky responses make that clear.Im sure these people don’t hear the way those responses sound at 4pm on a Friday and they just want to go home …but to a paying customer it sounds like they’re just annoyed.Just sayin ‘

Jim at west herr is one of the most unprofessional salesman I have ever met. Very wish-washy with getting me numbers and when I asked for some numbers it took him over 30 minutes to leave his cubicle, go to god knows where and then finally come back. He should be pulled from the sales room floor asap. 0/10 do not recommend.

Went in for my inspection and oil change. Was less then a hour. Very pleased with the confident and quick service. Maddie was great and spoke to me several times with suggestions that mechanic spoke to her about. Keep up the great customer service Maddie!

I recently sold my truck through West herr and they were very professional, courteous, and on point. Bruce was very friendly and informative during the process and went the extra mile to help with a smooth process. If you're looking for friendly staff and a good deal I would highly recommend them and when I'm in the market for a new vehicle they will be my first stop.

Stopped in to talk about our trade in options. Jenn Olsen was so helpful and very knowledgeable, she helped us order our new lease. We were not intending to go out and buy a new car, but Jenn broke everything down for us and the prices were just right.
