WENT THEIR TO TAKE MY BEAUTIFUL LADIES SUBARU IN FOR SERVICE..DAG NAVIT THEY ARE GOOD..ENERGY LEVEL I WISH I HAD..VERY PROFESSIONAL..PERSONABLE AND ACCOMADATING...EASY ACCESS FOR WHEEL CHAIR..VERY NICE WAITING AREA..SUPPLY YOU WITH BEVERAGES AND SNACKS..CRAZY CLEAN BATHROOMS..HAVE BEEN GOOD ON THEIR TIME LINES..(WHEN THEY SHOULD BE DONE)...IF IT TAKES A COUPLE OF HOURS TAKE A WALK..CATCH UP ON ALL THE NEW VEHICLES..OUTSIDE NICE ADIRONDACK CHAIRS..THATS IT..LOL...GLAD MY LADY GOT HER SUBARU THEIR..????

I am thrilled with my service at the dealer. I had a guarantee for my key fob, and I got my new set of keys. Ian was the service associate, and he did a superb job of taking care of me. Yeah, I had to wait three hours to get the keys because they had checked my guarantee and checked that they had the keyfob, but I received my new set of keys, and my oil change was done on time.

In 12 months, I’ve had two vehicles fail miserably. I’ve had an horrible experience with both vehicles. Between my wife and I, we have spent a small fortune at this dealership. I thought I was getting help after I had issues with the first vehicle, but I was mistaken. Right now I have a 2023 gladiator Rubicon sitting in my driveway that has been in the service department at least four times for engine problems. On the day I took delivery of this thing, every engine light showed up on the dashboard. But I’m a fool and left the dealership anyways. The sales team had the audacity to let me know that the engine codes popped up because they filled up the gas tank while the engine was running. Most would’ve walked away. Even a few hundred miles of ownership, the engine was misfiring at a rate of 500 times per minute. I know this because I have my own personal scan to that shoots out the same exact information they would see. This happened on a second occasion. Shortly after all this, I was driving on the Thruway with my 2 1/2-year-old And she is scared of the car now. At this point, I was done, and I made it clear that the car was a lemon. In fact, I have proof that the first car should have been replaced. I am a fool and purchased this jeep, thinking it was the right thing to do. I requested that the vehicle will be replaced, but they want to keep digging at it until they fix it. That’s not good the first time it was in service for oxygen sensor replacement. Because that’s normal at 4500 miles. I’ve told them that my family wouldn’t go near this car again because of what happened to it and I don’t blame them. So I’m gonna keep leaving reviews until somebody does the right thing. I’ve got more stories to share. Videos. This may be childish, but maybe I’ll get some results after I share my story. Over and over again. With added details each time.

Great experience stopping for service.
Have worked with gm Martin Willnow and his group for many years and a number of Subaru purchases. Never disappointed. Frank Gengo in service was excellent to work with also.

It was raining, It may be old fashioned but I was brought up to take the lady to the car with the umbrella, especially if you want them to buy a car,lol. I saw other salesman with umbrellas while others ran inside building from the rain, and would say yup your car is parked out there....?
