  Had some photos printed here though the app went to pick them up and they were rather darker than the original photo. So I went back and brightened the photo and had them reprinted and then they cropped the photo. I have a different photo to have printed a THIRD time and they had the audacity to give me a blurry photo. Not even close to what I submitted. At that point I was so upset I decided to give up but my boyfriend went back and tried to explain the situation and the girl kept saying well it’s nothing on our end until he asked for a manager and she did reprint them it was still cropped but it will make due because I’m so frustrated by how complicated a simple situation became.

  Absolutely love Walgreens & every employee!! The Pharmacy is the BEST!!! I tell everyone to go here. The super fast & just as nice as can be.

  Unbelievably rude staff. It is so bad that one of the pharmacists reported the head pharmacist to the corporate office due to overhearing the conversation between the head pharmacist and myself. The head pharmacist admitted to making up whatever rules, such as making certain people wait 31 or 32 days to pick up a script even though it's not a controlled substance. Also, in boasting his (power) his words, he told me there is a (hated customer list), again his words. This is why his subordinate reported him, and he ( the head pharmacist) was fired. I know this due to the Walgreens regional office calling to apologize. If you do stay with this pharmacy, never show them they are wrong on anything, or you will be on their hatet list. Then you can be sure never to get fair service again. I changed pharmacies after the head pharmacist informed me i would never have a prescription on time again, and it was meant as a threat he made that abundantly clear.

  Worst pharmacy on this planet! I returned something I bought with a debit card and they gave me store credit. All other pharmacies give you your money back, and only give you store credit when you either used a gift card or when you do not have a receipt (which I had and gave them). Horrible customer service with no regards to customers.

  There was some confusion on my moms script. Granted it was a controlled substance. When my mom talked with one of the employees regarding the script and it couldn’t be filled. She rudely stated “You should have enough pills”. Not everyone is trying to scam the system. It was a honest mistake/honest confusion. The difference between order date and pick up date. There is no reason to be rude and nasty. She is a 82yo who is NOT senile, mental deficient. She has all her factualities!

  Came in to drop off 2 packages. The place was basically empty when I walked in and it took over 8 minutes until someone came to assist me. Then the lady who came was extremely rude, unwelcoming and even gave me an attitude. Never coming back to this location.

  Worst pharmacy ever!Roswell had to change over a prescription they have me on because they believe it was creating issues while I do chemo (I have a serious platelet issue while I take chemo that has already cause me to have (5) transfusions and work with multiple departments at Roswell to try and find the issue causing these problems and they believe it is another prescription I’m on)All last week, starting last Monday, they said they were waiting for approval from my insurance, even though I have a letter from my insurance saying it was approved last Monday.And then finally on Friday they said they had approval and I had to wait a little longer cause they were processing my prescription and it wasn’t ready yet. It was nearing closing time there, so we went back first thing Saturday morning, and then they said they didn’t have it and it was ordered and would be there Sunday. We go back Sunday and they pulled the same thing, they claimed it was on order and would be there today. We went back today and they still don’t have it and claim it’s in order.The biggest issue I have is this is keeping my chemo treatment on hold, which can cause my cancer to get worse!It’s horribly sad that my local pharmacy can literally put such a serious threat in my life because they cant manage to do their job.Please be cautious with your health and use another pharmacy.

  Sorry, I'm freaking annoyed. I don't do drugstores, per se. I have come to this location perhaps three times in the past month. ONLY because they are the only sellers of "Aplets and Cotlets". A jelly type treat from Liberty Orchards. Very similar to lokum, however a bit sweeter. The first time I purchased these I was was asked if I had a loyalty card. I don't. I don't shop here. Trip number three I was told that if I wanted the sale price I NEEDED a loyalty card. No one could have mentioned this previously? Truth be told, I don't always scrutinize receipts. Shame on me. I signed up, albeit reluctantly, and was met with a weird response. My email has an .msn at the tail end. The register master had never heard of this! REALLY???? Strange store. My sweets are only available at Christmas time and I am set. WILL NOT EVER be going back.

  The employees are friendly and courteous. The pharmacy team is knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate. We have a positive experience each time we go!

  My wife and I have been going to this pharmacy for about 5 years. It is at a very convenient location. The last 2 years, we started having problems. My wife gets the same medicine every month. She would go to pickup her prescriptions and they would be out of supply. We were given the option of waiting days or going to a different location. A location like Lackawanna or Cheektowaga. What makes the Pharmacists at this location think that people can wait days for their drugs or want the inconvenience of driving to another town. Why can't they keep a proper supply, especially when they know the same people are coming back for the same drugs every month. THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We have left and I will never spend another dollar at Walgreens.

  I don't usually take the time to review a drugstore, however the girl at the register Friday evening was so pleasant that I might be coming to this location more often. I was really stressed out over having sick kids at home and while she didn't necessarily do anything out of the ordinary, her personality was so bubbly and sweet that she made me smile and feel a little better! Wish I knew her name but I'm sure she'll do great things someday!

  We have been going here for 3 years and never had a problem. Love the drive through prescription pickup. We were at rite aid next door and did not like them.
