I've always had issues with every pharmacy I've ever gone to. This is the only one where I've never had an issue and the staff is extremely friendly. The staff I've encountered never seems bothered and even seeing them take care of older people they show extreme patience. I drive out of my way to go to this location because of how attentive this location is. I have a Rite Aid down the road from me but I drive 10 minutes out of my way specifically for the service here.

Sorry, I'm freaking annoyed. I don't do drugstores, per se. I have come to this location perhaps three times in the past month. ONLY because they are the only sellers of "Aplets and Cotlets". A jelly type treat from Liberty Orchards. Very similar to lokum, however a bit sweeter. The first time I purchased these I was was asked if I had a loyalty card. I don't. I don't shop here. Trip number three I was told that if I wanted the sale price I NEEDED a loyalty card. No one could have mentioned this previously? Truth be told, I don't always scrutinize receipts. Shame on me. I signed up, albeit reluctantly, and was met with a weird response. My email has an .msn at the tail end. The register master had never heard of this! REALLY???? Strange store. My sweets are only available at Christmas time and I am set. WILL NOT EVER be going back.

I don't usually take the time to review a drugstore, however the girl at the register Friday evening was so pleasant that I might be coming to this location more often. I was really stressed out over having sick kids at home and while she didn't necessarily do anything out of the ordinary, her personality was so bubbly and sweet that she made me smile and feel a little better! Wish I knew her name but I'm sure she'll do great things someday!

I've always had positive experiences at this particular Walgreens (and most others), but after today, I can't praise them enough. For the past several months, I've been having a terrible time with my health insurance. Long story short, they simply refuse to cover a medication that should qualify for coverage under my plan. I've been at my wit's end for quite awhile with the situation, but today, when I learned that my insurance company rejected my doctor's prior authorization paperwork, I felt utterly defeated. The closest I can come to describing my mindstate with words is to say that I felt screwed and let down by this country's healthcare system from every imaginable angle. I found some discount prescription coupons online, advertising medications for "up to 80% off." In a last-ditch effort to afford my medication, I drove to Walgreens and asked the cashier if she could run the coupons to see what my best case scenario was. The cashier remembered having spoken to me on the phone last week, when I was playing phone tag and going back-and-forth between my doctor's office, the pharmacy, and my insurance company, in an effort to ensure all the necessary steps had been taken to push my prior authorization through. She also remembered how frazzled I'd been, and I instantly remembered how understanding and patient she had been during the call. She was just as kind and helpful in person, running through each one of my coupons to determine the various discounts. Luckily, one of the coupons (GoodRX) lowered the price just enough for me to afford my medication. Throughout the process, the pharmacist on duty was also very polite and helpful. While the cashier couldn't do anything personally or on behalf of Walgreens to help me, it was such a welcomed relief to be treated like a human being after a day of rude and belittling conversations with everyone else involved in my insurance predicament. Even if I hadn't been able to afford my medication, the service I received would've played a critical role in turning my day around. And even though I barely afforded my medication and am now dirt broke, my day has still improved significantly, and the way I was treated by the staff at Walgreens has a lot to do with that. I can't remember the names of the cashier or the pharmacist, as I was rather stressed out and distracted, but I was in the store on July 16, 2018, at 6:40 PM. The cashier is a woman of average height with glasses and straight, dark hair, and the pharmacist is a petite woman with light brown hair. Both should be recognized for their superb service!
