Brought my 13 Jetta in on 6/28/24 and requested an oil change and DPF Filter replaced. Walked out with multi point inspection done and a few estimates on broken parts, but no filter replacement
Brought back in 11/4 for DPF Filter again just to find out I need an intake manifold now due to their failure to replace the filter the first time I requested. On Top of being charged a diagnostic fee for then to tell me the issues I told them when I brought it in.
Piss Poor customer service. Recommend avoiding at all cost.

AVOID THIS SHOP! My wife brought her Tiguan in for a NYS inspection and was told that all 4 brake rotors were delaminated and heavily rusted. She pushed back, telling them that I had recently done the brakes and there should not be a problem but they insisted it would cost $1,400 to repair. I knew there was no safety concerns, so two weeks later I spent all evening pulling the brakes apart and confirmed there was not a single problem with any of the brake components. When I called the service manager, he was very dismissive and said if I had a concern that I should have come in that day to inspect it on the lift. I then said I was working on other projects and did not have the time until two weeks later. He then claimed that in that time I could have replaced the parts and he would have no way of knowing. I replied that he should be able to recognize the difference between brakes with 3 weeks of wear and ones with 6 months of wear. I got the feeling that this is a common scam from this dealership and they saw my wife as an easy target. Do not trust this shop!

Adam was a great salesperson. Knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. It had been a while since purchased a new vehicle and the process couldn't have gone smoother. 5 stars!

Went in for a routine oil change/tire rotation. Left the dealer and check engine light/error came on. I had to put a quart and a half of oil in to get it to the level line. Technician never even checked the oil level when they changed it. They’re lucky my engine didn’t seize up! Reached out to the dealer and they sd manager would get back to me. Four days went by and nothing. Contacted VW directly to fill complaint against dealer.

Hi Jeff. This is for you! I have a 2017 VW Touareg that I bought from Orchard Park Volkswagen back in 2018. I spent $40,000 and put another $7,000 into customizing it. I’ve had multiple services done on my car at this place with no issue. I came in for something simple; tires, mounting and balancing. When I picked up the car on Saturday September 14th there was damage to my custom powder coated black wheels. I understand accidents happen. Mind you, I’ve had tires put on these wheels two times prior with no damage. Before leaving the lot, I had two employees look at the damage on my wheels. I was instructed to call Pete Gambino to have the issue resolved on Monday. Pete requested I bring the car back so they could “detail” the damage, reluctantly I did. They stated it was three hours of detailing and they couldn’t undo the damage they caused. They lied. I have a dash cam, it was less than an hour. You can’t detail scratches out from a tire machine. Pete stated he had exhausted all of his options for us. So we were transferred to Jeff Durret. Jeff so politely stated that the damage was caused by myself by curbing all my wheels. ALL four wheels. In the exact same spots. They aren’t curbed rashed they were scratched by the tire machine. And how do you curb wheels by the bolts too? He said as a goodwill gesture he would offer me $100 per wheel. Then later offered $540. Why would I pay a cent to fix your mistake? Jeff also gracefully said that the car is now old and still drivable, so what did it matter? Jeff told us that he could get us in to a new car at a friends and family discount. Really Jeff? Jeff requested the quote for the damage from the company that did my powered coating of the wheels back in 2018. That price is $1,179.13. He said he wasn’t paying that because he could get it done cheaper. We asked where, what company, have you used them before? He wouldn’t disclose that information, and guess what, he never used the company he’s claiming that can do it cheaper. He’s naïve to think I would trust this mystery company to replicate the same quality of work I receive of the powered coating. I would be inconvenienced for the third time by not having my car again. And trust them to not damage my wheels AGAIN when the technician puts the tires on I just purchased. No thanks Jeff. Jeff wouldn’t let us talk to the owner of OP VW because this is something she would delegate to him. Jeff was rude, condescending and unprofessional. You’d think he would take care of existing customers because in reality you make your money off your customers by services rendered. They already have an admission of guilt by making us bring the car back for detailing and then offering money to fix the damage. We have spent 3 weeks trying to resolve this. We took this matter to the Better Business Bureau. They still claim to deny any damage was rendered to my wheels.

Easy to find. Staff was helpful. The only thing that I didn't like about the place was the fact that I asked him about a transmission fluid service and they said they didn't really do that. Other than that, great experience

I had a wonderful experience buying my 2024 Taos at VW of Orchard Park. First, my salesperson, John Witkowski is amazing. Not high-pressure at all and very knowledgable. He was able to answer any questions I had about the vehicle immediately. I really enjoyed working with him. The financial part of it was smooth and easy. I love the car. It's so much fun to drive. I'll definitely recommend VW of Orchard Park and I'll buy from them again in the future.

TLDR: The service department of Volkswagen of Orchard Park put my daughter's life in danger twice with an unsafe car and STILL couldn't be bothered to fix the car correctly.
We bought a 2010 New Beetle from this dealership for our daughter. This was the 6th vehicle we had purchased from this dealership and all our services have been performed at this dealership. The passenger front wheel bearing needed replacement. We took the car to Volkswagen of Orchard Park to get the repair done under warranty. A couple of days later, it was completed.
A couple of days later, my daughter and I were changing the brake pads and rotors on the front of the car. My daughter took out the bolts that hold the brake caliper to the car on the passenger side front, and the threads from the spindle (what it attaches to) came out with them. The bolts that hold the brakes to the car were stripped and couldn't be tightened. VW of OP allowed this car to leave the service area like this.
I. Was. Beyond upset.
I called VW of Orchard Park and gave them a piece of my mind. They gave my daughter an unsafe car, and we found out only by chance. They sent a tow truck and picked up the car. They never admitted responsibility but replaced the spindle and many other parts. When asked how can I trust their work, I was told a different tech worked on the car, another checked the work, and the service manager drove the car back to my house.
Less than 2 weeks later, I get a call at work from my daughter. Her car made a loud noise, started clanking, wouldn't accelerate, and eventually, her front passenger wheel locked up. The car would go in reverse but not forward. Since she broke down less than a mile from VW of OP, I had the car towed there, thinking it was the transmission. 4 days later, I get the call.
The passenger front brake caliper came off, or rather, one of the bolts came out, and the caliper bound up.
I. Was. Livid.
For the second time, they gave my daughter an unsafe car - failing to fix the problem they created - and this time, it failed on the road. They assured me there would be no charge for this repair. Are you fking kidding me? That shouldn't even be part of the discussion!
We got the car back, and I decided to check their work this time. As soon as I take off the wheel, I see that the head of the screw that holds the rotor in place was snapped off, and the rest of the screw was left in the hole.
I. Was. Done.
They messed up the repair once. You'd think they would be absolutely sure they repaired it right the second time. When the repair failed a second time, you would think they would move heaven and earth to make sure everything was perfect after that. No, they couldn't be bothered.
We purchased 6 cars from this dealership. After putting my daughter's life in danger, twice, I will never step foot in that place again.

Absolutely the smoothest and most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve ever had. From my initial contact with John Witkowski via text, to meeting him for a test drive to delivery; John made the process easy. John knows the product, is passionate about the product and his passion may be contagious. John made sure I knew about all of the features of my 2024 Tiguan SEL R Line. There were a few features I wasn’t aware of until he showed them to me during my delivery “training”. My husband purchased a VW Taos in a different market in 2023, I can’t stress how different the process was for him. I will return to VW of Orchard Park to see John when I need a new vehicle and will not hesitate to recommend John to family and friends.
