“When our previous veterinarian suddenly retired, we were unexpectedly looking for a new vet. We chose the Abbott Road Animal Hospital to take over our pet's care. Dr. Galluch spent a lot of time aquatinting herself with us and our dog's complicated medical history. She provided reassuring continuity as we transitioned from one practice to another.

We have complete confidence in Dr. Galluch and her team. They are very compassionate, thorough, and professional. We particularly like that Dr. Galluch sits on the floor with our dog during the exam so our dog is more comfortable and less anxious. The office staff follows up by phone promptly.

“I cannot say how much we love and appreciate Dr H!!!! I have an elderly dog and the Banfield in Amherst left me with a really bad opinion of Banfield. I have had the wellness plan for almost 15 years since Gizmo has been a baby, and Amherst were horrible and could care less about us or our fur babies. Dr H made me a HUGE fan!!! We live on Grand Island and will drive to OP just for Dr H!!!!! She cares for the pet as a whole and looks at every option available- not only for the pet but also us as owners or "parents". She is caring, knowledgeable, compassionate, and very thorough! I'm so lucky to have found her and Banfield is lucky to have her!!!”

“We had a few visits to the OP Vet Clinic during emergency situations. In Oct 2022, they were so helpful in stitching up Izzy’s ear after she was attacked (unprovoked) by a dog at the Knox Farm Bark Park. But this review is about another level of care. Last Sunday, we noticed our dog trembling uncontrollably and saw swelling in her eye. Clearly in pain, we rushed her to the vet. After initial analysis and bloodwork, we learned our sweet 13 yr old pup had acute kidney failure (along with an abscessed tooth). We opted to have her stay overnight to receive treatment, but the next day, her condition declined and she was actively dying. We were devastated and heartbroken, but Dr Bulega was incredibly kind and informative as we navigated the next steps to ease the suffering of our pup. The rainbow room gave us a private place to comfort Izzy as we came to terms with having to put her to sleep. We spent our last moments with her surrounding her with love as she passed peacefully under the guidance and care of Dr B. Thank you for making such a sudden loss less difficult. We miss her terribly but are grateful for the grace she was given in her final hours”
