My informed delivery is up to date and correct.
I continue to have missing mail that appears at my doorstep via a neighbor, and even from another street. The postal worker is clearly not manging where he is depositing the mail.
I have had financial documents, crucial medical communications, and even a check end up with mother neighbor! This occurs with regular frequency. Sometimes the mail is already opened, I am guessing that the person residing at the address did not look first.
I left an item to be mailed in my box for carrier to take, yet he fails to come to the box of there is no mail to deliver. They should check. When it is taken, twice the recipient did not receive my envelope.
I am not certain of this is a staffing issue, lack of motivation, or deliberate attempts to prove some kind of point.
We all h a Ve a job to do, many are dependent on the good work of others within the chain.

Many thanks to Stephanie at the Orchard Park USPS location. She was friendly, incredibly helpful, and provided exceptional customer service.
I walked in today trying to figure out what size packaging would be best to ship the two items that I needed to ship. I figured I'd buy the box, take it home, pack it, seal it, and bring it back to ship it.
I waited my turn, and got called up. Stephanie asked me what I was trying to ship and if I knew the weight. I said I wasn't sure, but the items were in my car. She told me to go get them and we'd go from there.
Shortly after I returned from my car, Stephanie helped me pack and ready the box for shipping.
I cannot thank Stephanie enough for all her help today, and for simplifying the process on top of it. Stephanie deserves more than just 5 stars

On February 28th we had an appointment at the Orchard Park post office to get passports. My husband was renewing his and I was getting a new one. We were assisted by a lovely young woman named Stephanie. She helped us through the process and was so patient and kind. We are older (77 & 80 yrs) and this was a little complicated for us. I just wanted to say how nice it was to deal with someone who cares about people and does such a good job.
Thank you

Stephanie is amazing to work with! She is kind, helpful and knowledgeable about her job. I went in today, after calling first because I have a large order. Stephanie hapily took me instantly but the line started to build up. She rang for her co workers I wanna say four or five times, no one came up, well one person did to drop off their lunch and than went to the back again. While the line had to be about six people in it. Right before I left someone did finally come up to help out. This review is in no way negative toward Stephanie, she is a delight to work with.

They are such scam artists. They are trying to tell me I have to send my envelope as a package and pay quadruple the price because the item in it isn't paper. It is a ribbon. I told him it fits in the dimension to fit their size requirements. He was like it could rip open some how and damage their machine, and I would be responsible for the damage. I was like, "Okay, I'll take that chance." Then he was like, "No, you can't send it." I had this happen at another location before also. I had to argue with the guy because he said the envelope wouldn't fit. They have a plastic sheet that has the size requirements punched so they can verify that an envelope will fit. I said, "Get it out, and if it doesn't fit, I'll be happy to pay." He reluctantly did and guess what the envelope fit. The Post Office is a rip off fokes. Just go to UPS.

Stephanie at the counter is wonderful. She goes above and beyond for the customers and brings a small town feel to the branch by remembering customers each time they come back. She is also very knowledgable and makes sure you are well informed before choosing a shipping option for your item.
