I wish there was an option for 0 stars. The service here is terrible and extremely rude. There are plenty of other UPS Store and shipping option nearby, so yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

This was by far the cleanest UPS store I’ve ever been in the atmosphere was very calm and welcoming. I was just doing an Amazon return and I normally pick Kohl’s because of the coupons that they give me however I’m probably gonna be picking the UPS store from now on just because I know that the store exists so Huge props

Really disappointed from lack of help and understanding.
I just wanted to pick up package for my son
I had email confirmation but was told I can't do this without Id
I called my son to text his license number but again was rudly told that he needs license in his hand
I work on the same plaza and going at same ups store for years.
This was first time I was so disappointed

I went in the return my fortnite toy i bought from amazon, Ryan the Great helped me and was super supportive of what choice of fortnite item i returned. he was very enthusiastic and i believe he should get a raise! thanks Ryan!

I've used this UPS store in the past and Ryan, the customer service representative was rude. I had just literally printed out a UPS return label. He said he couldn't scan it which I get. He printed another one which looked exactly the same, but being a customer service call center supervisor, I understand that the most important thing is the delivery. He was rude and could have cared less. Would have expected more from your employees
