Excellent gym with lots of equipment and a great atmosphere. Very responsive to questions via email. Not a lot of staff around but everyone I asked about where different things were was very friendly.

Lots of great equipment, has a nice feel to it. Clean.

This is a great gym. I came in from Houston for a week and talked to Al about working out here. He helped me out and I was able to workout for the week I was here. Anytime I come back I will be using this gym. Thank you.
