When I made the online reservation I didn’t realize it was for in Buffalo. I called customer service and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. Picking up the truck was quick and easy and dropping off even easier. Hopefully we are not moving anytime soon, but when we do we will definitely use uhaul again.
